Only complaint is that the muffler didnt come with the exhaust package mishap on their end. They took care of it with a couple photos. Tutorials are almost spot on. EGR unplug diagram is a bit vague however with their help got it figured out. Your tech support will be email. They do respond pretty fast. I even got a response over the Easter weekend (Sat). I am not a mechanic by trade. I did take auto in high school, changed a few V8 engines over the years, and my father had a body shop. I typically do my own repairs to my vehicles and power equipment. I would not have been able to complete the full EGR and DEF delete kit without the tutorials. Overall, I will recommend Empire Diesels to anyone looking for delete kits. Great Job Empire Diesels!!!

Just want to say I’m very impressed with your product. Installed a tune today and began removing the stock exhaust. Tune installed no problems. Starting with “stock” as I don’t need more hp at the moment. But it was smooth and easy.

No issues with loading the tunes and the exhaust pipes fit well. I think you should remind buyers during checkout that they might want to get a muffler. The sound really isn’t bad. It’s just the drone that comes with those straight pipes. Thanks
