How long does a custom kit take to ship?
Custom kits are made to order. Allow 5–10 business days before shipment. Tunes are delivered by email first, typically within 2 business days.
How do I know which generation I have?
Match your truck's model year to the ranges above. If your year sits on a split (2007.5, 2015.5) or you're not sure which engine code you have, call us and a tech will confirm it from your VIN in a couple of minutes.
Will parts from one generation fit another?
Usually not. Each generation page lists only the parts confirmed to fit that year range, so start from your generation rather than shopping across the platform.
Do I need to unlock my truck first?
Some late-model trucks need a factory security bypass before tuning. If yours does, the kit includes the unlock hardware or we'll flag it before shipping. Call a tech if you're unsure.
Can I install this myself?
Most customers do. Basic hand tools, a driveway, and the included step-by-step guides are enough, and our techs walk you through the flash by phone if you want backup.
