Refund policy

By placing and order you agree to the following terms and conditions. Due to the customizable nature and use of these items we generally do not accept returns on most orders. They will be evaluated on a case by case basis, most items are specifically built for your order, Truck and Vin number only. We will exchange only if the item is defective and you are required to fill our a Support Ticket for this or any other return request. We do recommend Professional Installation on all items. If the item is defective and cannot be exchanged or fixed a refund of the original purchase price will be issued after requested proof of malfunction and/or damage has been submitted as requested for us to review,  if your return request is approved by our return & refund department, a 20% restocking fee* will be assessed and applied. Items must include all original packaging. Return shipping will not be refunded.  *All sales are final, any cancellations after order is placed, but before the item has shipped, will result in an automatic  5% credit card/processing fee. Before returning any items please contact us for specific shipping instructions.  *Hard parts such as EGR kits, DPF Pipes/Exhaust, Pyro Kits, Throttle Valve Kits, Exhaust Tips & S&B Intakes are not eligible for return unless we make an exception and a 30% restocking/shipping fee will apply along with your return shipping cost.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
