Once the 4 week expires the tune that is currently in your truck will remain. Upgrading to Full support will give you access to all tuning and software updates indefinitely.
Full Support Package offers unlimited flashes and basic tune revisions on ALL TUNES. You’ll receive automatic tune updates so that you can take advantage of the progress that we make and enjoy the timelessness of the EZ LYNK AutoAgent.

After the package has shipped it generally takes four to seven business days for the product(s) to arrive at your door. Generally each item specifically tells the shipping speed. RETURNS
1. Due to the nature and use of these items we generally do not accept returns as most items are vin number specific or built to order.
2. We will exchange only if the item is defective. We do recommend professional installation on this item. If the item is defective and cannot be exchanged or fixed a refund of the original purchase price will be issued after requested proof of malfunction and/or damage is given.
3. We do make certain exceptions on a case by case basis for returning products, if your return request is accepted, a 20% restocking fee* will be assessed and applied. Items must include all original packaging. Return shipping will not be refunded.3. All sales are final, any cancellations after order is placed, but before the item has shipped, will result in a 5% credit card/processing fee.

I can’t believe the difference this made. My fuel economy has improved, and towing heavy loads is now effortless. It’s like driving a whole new truck.

Everything was great. The Ez link worked as I hoped it would and I am removing all the EGR and DPF equipment now.

I have to say, you guys at Empire have been amazing to deal with. You were so quick to answer questions and help with the few issues on the Duramax delete which was my fault and not reading the instructions right you guys were quick to get me appointed in the right direction and have been great for this Ford delete. We referred a couple friends to you guys for kits and we’ll be helping install them soon. We have two more trucks that we’ll be buying delete kits for here in the next few months.
