I bought the complete delete kit and auto agent 3 tune. Absolutely amazing products with extremely precise fit! My 2019 gmc 2500 has never ran like it does now. I started with 15.9 mpg and now I’m mid 20’s. The customer service was matchless answering any question I through at them.
Fast shipping, received in a few days. Fast and easy tuning process had my tunes quickly and installed with no issues glad I chose ezlynk over hp, the truck has been running well for a week now. All hard parts up top fit well, wish they were black but oh well. Downpipe fit in the turbo like it should and looks to be good quality. Only issue was with the exhaust the second hanger past the trans cross member was welded on too far back and was unusable so that piece of pipe hits the crossmember and vibrates. One other was the downpipe and beginning of the exhaust didn’t seal evenly like it should no matter how I moved it it just wouldn’t seal evenly it’s sealed just lop sided. Those were the only 2 issues to address maybe they will fix it in the future. Everything else went on well with no issues.
Zero issues quick and easy install see a huge difference in the truck would definitely use Empire Diesel again!

Great products, excellent tech support. The performance of the truck exceeded my expectations by far. The only issue I experienced was the shipping company misplaced a 74lb box of exhaust. Empire was quick to remedy the issue. Install was easy. Would absolutely order from them again.
The truck is way more responsive, especially when towing uphill. Install was easier than I thought, and everything worked perfectly. Couldn’t ask for better results.

The installation process was easy to follow, and I had it all set up in just a couple of hours. What really blew me away was the customer service. I had a question about loading the tune late Saturday afternoon, and they got back to me within the hour. ON A WEEKEND. I was seriously impressed. They gave me clear instructions, and I was able to fix my issue right away. My truck has been running stronger, smoother, and with way better throttle response since. This kit is worth every penny!

I have to say, you guys at Empire have been amazing to deal with. You were so quick to answer questions and help with the few issues on the Duramax delete which was my fault and not reading the instructions right you guys were quick to get me appointed in the right direction and have been great for this Ford delete.
