The Empire CCV Upgrade Kit (2011–2025 Powerstroke 6.7L) is engineered for truck owners who expect clean performance and long-term reliability from their Ford diesel. Removes the large OEM crankcase box from the top of the engine, opening up room for easier access and a cleaner engine bay. Designed to vent crankcase blow-by efficiently, this system replaces the restrictive factory setup with a streamlined, serviceable design that keeps your engine bay cleaner and your Powerstroke breathing strong.
By separating oil vapors from the crankcase gases, the Empire CCV kit prevents contamination of the turbo, intercooler, and intake path. The result: steadier airflow, lower EGTs, and less oil buildup throughout the system. It’s the difference between a motor that works hard and one that lasts.

Our shipping cost are priced for shipping within the United States and Canada. All air selected shipping orders ship same business day if ordered by 11am Central Standard Time and ground orders or processed within 24 hours of the same business day when order was placed. After the package has shipped it generally takes four to seven business days for the product(s) to arrive at your door. Generally each item specifically tells the shipping speed. We do offer faster shipping if needed on certain items, which can be selected through the drop down menus. but does come at a higher cost.

RETURNS
1. Due to the nature and use of these items we generally do not accept returns as most items are vin number specific or built to order.
2. We will exchange only if the item is defective. We do recommend professional installation on this item. If the item is defective and cannot be exchanged or fixed a refund of the original purchase price will be issued after requested proof of malfunction and/or damage is given.
3. We do make certain exceptions on a case by case basis for returning products, if your return request is accepted, a 20% restocking fee* will be assessed and applied. Items must include all original packaging. Return shipping will not be refunded.3. All sales are final, any cancellations after order is placed, but before the item has shipped, will result in a 5% credit card/processing fee.

4. Hard parts such as EGR kits, DPF Pipes/Exhaust, Pyro Kits, Throttle Valve Kits, Exhaust Tips & S&B Intakes are not eligible for return unless we make an exception and a 30% restocking/shipping fee will apply along with your return shipping cost.
