If you’ve already installed an EGR delete kit on your 6.7L Powerstroke, this Throttle Valve Delete is the next critical step in maximizing airflow and performance. The factory throttle body — even when the butterfly valve is fully open — still creates a bottleneck that restricts how much air your turbo and intake system can draw in. Over time, that restriction can limit power, slow turbo spool-up, and cause uneven throttle response.
By replacing the stock throttle assembly with a high-flow billet throttle valve delete, you remove that built-in limitation entirely. This upgrade allows air to move freely and efficiently through your intake manifold, improving combustion, throttle sensitivity, and overall engine efficiency. The result is faster turbo spool, crisper throttle response, and a noticeable improvement in drivability both on and off the road.
For high-performance 6.7L Powerstroke builds, every restriction in the intake path matters. This machined aluminum, one-piece design features a premium raw finish for enhanced under hood appearance, and a factory-style 4-bolt flange for an easy installation on your race built Ford. No Gasket included.

RETURNS
1. Due to the nature and use of these items we generally do not accept returns as most items are vin number specific or built to order.
2. We will exchange only if the item is defective. We do recommend professional installation on this item. If the item is defective and cannot be exchanged or fixed a refund of the original purchase price will be issued after requested proof of malfunction and/or damage is given.
3. We do make certain exceptions on a case by case basis for returning products, if your return request is accepted, a 30% restocking fee* will be assessed and applied. Items must include all original packaging. Return shipping will not be refunded.3. All sales are final, any cancellations after order is placed, but before the item has shipped, will result in a 5% credit card/processing fee.
