2. We will exchange only if the item is defective. We do recommend professional installation on this item. If the item is defective and cannot be exchanged or fixed a refund of the original purchase price will be issued after requested proof of malfunction and/or damage is given.
3. We do make certain exceptions on a case by case basis for returning products, if your return request is accepted, a 20% restocking fee* will be assessed and applied. Items must include all original packaging. Return shipping will not be refunded.3. The power delivery is just right. Tranny tune seems to be doing the job as the shifts aren't having issues with the higher power levels.
we got this kit for my dually and it has been nothing but amazing! the truck runs and drives so much better! added more power and sounds amazing! makes pulling a trailer so much better! cant recommend enough!
Tuning was Straight Forward exhaust was not bad to do. Egr delete, takes some time. Accessibility to some nuts and bolts not easy, custom bent one wrench to get to last nut but it wasn’t bad. Truck runs great, no codes or issues. Good kit and pretty darn good directions.
From the quality parts and customer support you guys go above and beyond, you say you're closed on the weekends and yet you guys responded to me and helped me with some questions I had that's hard to find these days. Thank you to the entire Empire Team!
